While the Republic appears to have the upper hand things take a turn for the dark side when Padme and C-3po are taken hostage by General Grievous aboard the damaged Malevolence. Anikan and Obi-Wan sneak aboard to save the senator and destroy the ship. They succeed but Grievous escapes in the processPICS from this episode:
